Questions about commissions
You can use the form on the commissions page. Remember to provide a brief description of your project when submitting, this helps us get back to you quickly with all the answers you need early on to get started.
When commissioning a custom rug please start by contacting us via the commissions page. Make sure to select custom rug from the commission types when submitting. Please also use the message section to provide a brief description of the rug design, for example, “a skull rug with sword going through it”.
If you would like a custom rug for your business, for example your companies logo please include a link to your website so that we can get an idea of what that looks like.
Custom rugs typically require a window of 3-4 weeks once production begins until they are complete so please bare this in mind. The entire process is done by hand and does take time.
The first step is to get in touch via the commissions page and select custom hand painted sign from the options. Once we receive your inquiry we will be in touch shortly with a few questions so that we can provide you with an accurate price for your desired sign.
Anything really, we are always open to new ideas. Lazarus Lore is a multidisciplinary artist so projects don’t have to be only the ones listed on this website.Â
Questions about online shop purchases
Lazarus Lore accepts returns within 48 hrs if products are not yet shipped. Damaged products need to be returned in original packaging in order for a refund to be issued. No products may be returned to Lazarus Lore without the prior written consent of Lazarus Lore and are subject to a return charge.
Items are usually (but not guaranteed) shipped within 48 hours of your purchase. Public holidays, shop closures, and postal services may affect how soon an item is shipped, but in most cases, items will ship within 48 hours. Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders outside of the UK. Although we always use the most secure and quickest postal options available at the time, there may be delays beyond our control that affect how long your item may take to arrive. If you have any worries or concerns, reach out to us, and we can verify your order status.
You will receive a confirmation of your order. You will also receive, in this email or a separate one (depending on the item), a download link. From there, you can download the items you have purchased. If you have any issues downloading your purchase, please get in touch for assistance.
If a product is currently out of stock, we normally restock items every 1–2 months, depending on their popularity. If an item is being discontinued, it will be removed from the store. Original artworks or one-of-a-kind items, if not removed from the store, will remain permanently out of stock, as they are not reproducible.
We do not reserve items or hold stock back for you to make a purchase later if you are unable to do so now.
